Monthly Rentals in Tellico Village

We had a lovely stay in Tellico Village for the month while waiting for our new home build to be completed. Stephanie was extremely understanding of our situation and responded quickly to any small hiccups we encountered throughout our stay. Cozy house with cute decor—we were so impressed we actually reverse image searched the living room lamps and ordered a few for our new house!

This stay was my first time using an Air B and B.. It was FANTASTIC. The hosts, the house, and the animals that were on the farm were incredible. There are goats, cows/calves, 2 beautiful dogs, a flock of chickens to keep you entertained. I had just left my four cats back in Ohio and was pleased to meet Milo. Milo is the resident outside cat who is living his best life with all these other animals and great caregivers. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us and making it a memorable visit. Very nice space for an extended stay. Very clean. My brother, father and I stayed for 5 days as we had a family event in the area. Everything we needed was in the space and the wifi was good as well as my brother and I also had to work while we were there. The snacks Janis left were great! The area is beautiful and Janis communicates right away and makes sure everything is spot on before hand. We would love to stay there again.

Alissa was a fantastic host! Was 30-45 min flexible on our check-in time, because I arrived a bit early. So gracious. Responded immediately when I booked the house. House was great, clean, private, and very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
