Flávia is an excellent hostess, clarified all questions and provided all the tips and information requested. The house is comfortable, spacious and airy. It has all equipment and utensils for cooking. Location is great, the place is calm and well maintained. Good to rest and have a good family time. I suggest the host further detail what the house offers, surely would have more demand and avoid questioning. I am immensely grateful for the receptivity.

My family and I were in every Igor during the carnival. Casa very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Beautiful Landscape, it was worth it. The only point that perhaps deserves a small one () would be the living room and kitchen, these two environments do not have air conditioning, nor a fan, so, on these hot days, with high heat and pets, it would be interesting to think of an air or even fans, to be able to keep the doors closed at night and do not pass heat. But I emphasize that it is nothing to discredit the house, even because the rooms have great air conditioning.

We spent a long holiday at Catherine's house. It was the second time we have come and once again we love it! The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, super clean and equipped. It is located in a very quiet and safe condominium. Too much worth the stay!

By summing up the place in one word: PARADISE. It was the best stay I've ever had! The place is beautiful, you have a 360° view of pure beauty. On one side the dam, on the other the pool with the coconut trees. The sun set on the dam is a gift to the guests of the house. Mauro is extremely capricious, every day he would go to the house to collect the trash, clean the pool and pick up the fruit that fell from the trees so as not to gather flies. But always giving us all privacy, it never went outside the agreed time and, if necessary, sent a message asking for permission to go. The house is very clean, even the garbage men were washed. It looked like the whole house was washed, because even under the bed there was dust. The land, is another caprice. Although giant, the grass was all trimmed. The site was all surrounded by canvas. I was able to make my dogs and kitty at home. It turned into my favorite Airbnb hosting. I look forward to coming back!
