It is very cozy, the design of the house is by my dad with Maria, they love to mix laja stone with wood. They will be able to see that the lamps are designed with roots of dead sticks that we have found in different fields in the region. We love the rustic and they can appreciate it The place is very quiet and spacious, for a large group it is ideal, it is located a few minutes from Valdivia, surrounded by nature, pleasant to rest and have a good time with family or friends. I hope.

Beautiful house with direct view of the Cutipay River. Large terrace with a Tinaja (natural water tank) and a grill for roasts. The tinaja (natural hot tub) is free for our guests to use, as is the stove. Brand new house in an environment with an incredible view of the Cutipay River nature sanctuary. The house is fully equipped to receive our guests, it has a Smart TV with streaming apps, internet, pellet heating, bed linen and shower towel sets and a tinaja.

Our property is an island of tranquility in the middle of the city, with a very particular elevated location. It has a great view from its patio, garden, terrace or small balcony.
