It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

The decoration is stylish and geeky, and I hope you'll enjoy both the place and the city. We also have a lot of cats, but they don't live in this apartment. You'll surely see them around though, but they are quite cute so you won't mind.
