Our stay was great!!! Carlos from the beginning super on the slope, very kind, all the time available, he gave us precise instructions to arrive and be able to access the depa, very attentive to our arrival and needs. The complex and building is very safe, very nice to go for a walk or buy things at the 7eleven. The apartment is very cozy, everything is very clean, the sheets, towels and duvets smelled delicious, the beds are very comfortable, the refrigerator is super clean too, warm water all the time, the internet connection is fine, everything is excellent!!! Entering there is a 7eleven and several places where we could supply food for our stay and even eat some delicious tacos (in the last local). Walking you can reach the Cosmopol Shopping Center. We stayed comfortably 5 adults and an infant. I would definitely stay at Carlos's properties again, super recommended!!!!

I would definitely recommend staying here, the value is great, the apartment and location were great, and Ben is very communicative and helpful. The place was also the most well-stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The Internet was perfect as well, I was working remote there the entire time without any issues with multiple devices in use at once. The location in Condesa is really amazing, you were very close to everything you would ever need. Again, I would highly recommend staying.

Very clean, cozy and pleasant, the only opportunity to improve I would say that it is the hot water, it takes time to leave, if you are in a hurry and you do not want to waste a lot of water, touch the bathroom with cold water, outside of that the place is very nice, the beds are quite comfortable, the host was always attentive to any questions, very kind and clear in the instructions, outside you put a market where they sell everything to prepare food.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the stove, it’s an induction stovetop. That’s the only thing. Otherwise it’s a 10/10 in my books.

Excellent place to stay I stayed for a while and the vibe is very calm. It has shops and public transport very close by which makes it very convenient. The apartment is cozy and has all the necessary amenities for cooking, washing, eating and sleeping. Super recommended! I had the opportunity to deal with both Angelica and her dad, and they were both very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I would definitely rent this place again next time I'm in Tultitlán.

Very good internet service and signal, the TV in the living room and the bedroom had a streaming option so we could watch series and movies. The bedroom and living room are very comfortable and clean, the kitchen is good and functional. Monica told us that we could use the condiments, coffee, sugar and water that were available. It is one of the kitchens with the greatest variety of attachments for those who cook, it was very useful for us. The bathroom was clean and functional, there was hot water. We didn't use the work area much, but it helped us that there was no noise to be able to call. The neighbors are not noisy, so we highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to rest, play board games or watch movies. Parking is under cover and safe, we had no problems entering or leaving and the neighbors were friendly. We didn't use the terrace much, but it's spacious and works for eating in the afternoon or dinner with a view of the sky. Monica was always attentive and very kind with the instructions. One of the best hosts and places.

I have had the pleasure of washing on different occasions other apartments right in the same area and this was the one I liked the most, Fabian was always attentive and the communication with him was incredible. The apartment is new and the amenities of it are great!

I exceed a thousand my expectations regarding safety , I felt super safe, the security guards are friendly and are 24/7 additional the apartment has a beautiful view of the park and the mountains and the host is super attentive.
