Private unit next to the owners house. Well separated by trees. Own drive & entrance. 2 Bedrooms, but the smaller one is tight for 2 adults. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Kettle, no Cooker. Bathroom and living area. Fully insulated and double glazed with a heat pump/air con. Lovely quiet area with beautiful views of the hills and a 900m walk from Sandy Bay Beach. 25mins drive from Christchurch Centre. Please note there are no shops in Governors Bay but there is a cafe and a pub.
