Our stay at Lee’s place was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see and private enough that it felt peaceful. The instructions to get in are clear and she communicated well! A gem of a place!!

The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

Had a good short stay at this accomodation. You instantly get greeted by cats at the cat cafe downstairs. Thang & Linh were very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate. Highly recommended!

This place was such a hidden gem. Although the location is a bit outside of the main tourist area, we used Grab to take us to places where we wanted to go.

Nhỏ nhắn, xinh xắn và sạch sẽ. Phòng và chăn ga thơm tho. Tầng 1 có nhiều em mèo dễ thương và thân thiện. Chỗ ở nằm ở khu vực dễ dàng bắt xe và tới các địa điểm thăm thú khác, có thể đi bộ, chạy bộ buổi sáng quanh hồ. Rất thích không khí ở đây.

Logement coquet et très bien placé (on a pu visiter tout ce qu'on voulait voir à pied). Je recommande !

This is my second time with this host. First time I stay in other place, also nice. But this time the new place is more better for me. I like that elevator open right in front of the room, very special. The room have working room too(yes, a real room for working!) so I can do my job quiet. Wifi fast, bed soft, balcony have much sunlight. Everything clean and have kitchen, I can cook simple food. The host is nice and help when I need. The host also friendly and reply fast. I feel like at home here. Will come back again for sure!

Super Unterkunft und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sind früher angekommen und konnten nach Absprache mit Linh problemlos früher rein. Es gab kleinere Probleme der Waschmaschine und ein Missverständnis, bei dem gemeinsamen Kühschrank in Gemeinschaftsküche. Es wurde aber alles super schnell von Linh behoben und der Aufenthalt war somit sehr schön.

Staying at The Nook was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The room was thoughtfully designed with warm wooden tones, a super comfy bed, and a projector with Netflix—perfect for relaxing nights. I especially loved waking up early and walking just 2 minutes to West Lake to enjoy the morning breeze and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly, always ready to help with recommendations and made me feel truly at home. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and the whole house felt calm and welcoming. I highly recommend The Nook to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in Hanoi

We had a lovely stay at Duc’s place! It’s a great location in the Old Quarter - easy access to everything but relatively quiet for the area! The room was super clean and thoughtfully designed. Duc also shared great places to go in the area. Highly recommend! :)

Great place to stay for a big group:) Good location

I recently stayed at Rose's place and found the room to be quite spacious. The beds and bathroom were met our functional needs. I still had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive to any inquiries.

We enjoyed our stay at Quans townhome! Such a prime location and many of the rooms were quite spacious and clean! Quan was great with communicating and anyone that we needed he very quickly assisted with. Thanks again!

The host was incredibly attentive and kind, always quick to respond and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly prepared with care. I really felt at home here. The location was also amazing! Just a short walk to great local restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots. Super convenient whether you're exploring or just relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Mew is a great host, she recommends local restaurants, and she makes sure to communicate properly and openly. She usually replies within 30 minutes or less, that's how quick and responsive she is. I really like her place but I was with my parents, so the steep stairs was a concern for them, however, this place is good for backpackers or group of young people. The place was clean and complete with all the amenities one might need during the stay. Plus, it's within the city centre. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us~
