The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

Family Fun Spacious inside & outside

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

When staying at our place you are a 7 minute drive to Tawas Point State Park, 19 minutes from Lumberman's Monument/National Forest, and 14 minutes from Red Hawk Golf Course. We really enjoyed our stay at Bo’s place. It was exactly what we were looking for. Matched the description too. It was such a cute, clean and comfy home away from home. We look forward to booking another weekend getaway there. We love to fish and it was so nice having just a few minute drive to get on the AuSable river. The sunrise in the morning…. Right off our balcony, was breathtaking! Thanks Bo for being such a great host and sharing your little piece of heaven with us!!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was super clean, there is plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the spacious deck and beautiful beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay in Oscoda. The unit is newly renovated with updated furniture and fixtures in the bath and kitchen. The space is very inviting. The lake view was beautiful. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. Rachel brought over extra blankets to insure we were comfortable. Great place for a short getaway for a count.
