Beachfront holiday rental in Tavira

Very nice place, very good arranged, large living room and bedrooms. We have not used pool due to windy weather, but definitely it is great pleasure to use it. On the rooftop your private zone is not disturbed, we spent a lot of time there. Good opportunities for walks, there is a grocery shop reachable in 5-6 munite by walk. Thanks to Helder and Claudia for their support, that was very enjoable stay. Hope to come sometime and be welcomed as guest again 👍

Adorámos todos as férias e a casa, do mais novo ao mais velho - do 1,5 aos 64 anos :). Está numa zona muito tranquila da aldeia, o terraço tem muita sombra, um bom espaço de jardim em frente e até tem vista para a ria Formosa. A repetir.

Casa pequena mas confortável equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. A Raquel foi uma ótima anfitriã sempre pronta a ajudar, muito respondida e com ótimas dicas das redondezas.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Hemos estado bien en este alojamiento. Coincidía con la descripción. Tenía una piscina muy bonita y estaba bien equipado. Por decir algún inconveniente, la ubicación es algo retirada, pero si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio.

Die Unterkunft von Teresa ist eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen einer Ferienhausanlage. Sie ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich gleich wohl. Teresa hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Von der mehr als ausreichend ausgestatteten Küche, über hilfreiches Strandzubehör bis zu Spiele und Sandspielsachen....Sie ist sauber und wir haben sogar bei 14tägigen Aufenthalt frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Halbzeit bekommen! Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt, groß aber doch familiär und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Pool, Lokale, kleiner Supermarkt, Waschsalon... und eine Rezeption die 24/7 erreichbar ist. Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist der wunderschöne Badestrand! Dort gibt es Lokale, Toiletten und mietbare Liegen sowie Bereiche für freies Liegen. Erreicht wird er zu Fuß oder mit einer alten Bummelbahn! (kostenfrei). Die Bahn war für unseren 2Jährigen und uns jeden Tag ein Highlight

Great accommodations! Perfect place to stay for a few days!

We had the most amazing two weeks at Marias beautiful place close to Olhão. Our group of 11 people - 5 kids and 6 adults enjoyed the whole house, especially the pool area and the large outdoor settings with room for everyone. Further more, all the animals were great fun and we got to help feed them and pet them as much as we wanted. Olhão is a nice small town with fish and vegtable/fruit markes, great restaurants and icecream shops. Maria was an amazing host. Helped us with everything - found a chef to make us dinners upon request and surgested several ceramic shops, where we bought many beautiful pieces to take home with us. The best recommondations for groups looking for an authentic stay in Portugal. We hope to come back some day. It truet felt like a home away from home.

Wat een heerlijke en prachtige plek! Een paradijs om helemaal tot rust te komen. We voelden ons gelijk heel welkom en thuis! Wat een mooie en prettige sfeer hebben Carolien en Jurgen gecreëerd in deze loft. Zeer smaakvol en creatief. En wat zijn jullie attent! We voelden ons bv. heel veilig bij jullie tijdens de grote stroomstoring die heel Spanje en Portugal bijna 10 uur trof. Carolien wist ons te informeren en bracht heel lief waxinelichtjes en kaarsen. Dan de badkamer met heerlijke douche, de buitenkeuken met alle gemakken, en het lekkere bed: het is allemaal super! De sinaasappelen uit de boomgaard, de verse eitjes, de prachtige vogels, het heerlijke zitje boven het zwembad, we gaan het zo missen! Met de Uber hebben we allerlei uitstapjes gemaakt. Ook een tip van Carolien en een ontdekking voor ons om hiermee te reizen. In 10 minuten ben je in Tavira waar de leukste restaurantjes zijn. We wilden niet meer naar huis! We komen zeker terug! Heel veel dank voor alle gastvrijheid!

Belle résidence. Bel appartement. Le personnel et les animateurs sont très gentils. Idéal avec des enfants.

Paulo’s apartment was lovely on the grounds of a good resort. While we didn’t really do any cooking there it was very well equipped. There was aircon in every room which we didn’t use but it was great to have the option. The resort has three pools and a boat to a gorgeous beach. It is very close to many restaurants in the local town also and free parking. The apartment went above our expectations and we would gladly stay there again.

If you want an oasis of peace and tranquility then this is it. We spent 4 days here and loved the quiet and the nature, yet only 5 minutes from Tavira. Guilherme was a perfect host, always quick to respond and very helpful with access and checkout. He also provided a long list of great restaurants which we used every day! It is a beautiful Quinta, very well presented and maintained - we shall return.

Incríveis férias em família em Pedras d’El Rei no apartamento do Diogo! Passámos uma semana incrível em família no apartamento do Diogo, em Pedras d’El Rei! O espaço é extremamente confortável e ideal para famílias numerosas, e a comunicação com o Diogo foi sempre rápida e agradável. A varanda é a espaçosa, proporcionando um ambiente agradável e perfeito para jantares em família após dias intensos na praia! O apartamento dispõe de três casas de banho espaçosas, garantindo a privacidade que procurávamos. Além disso, o ar condicionado foi uma óptima comodidade! A cozinha moderna estava bem equipada, permitindo-nos preparar as refeições com facilidade. No geral, esta foi, sem dúvida, a melhor estadia que tivemos no condomínio nos últimos anos. Recomendo este apartamento a todas as famílias que queiram desfrutar de umas férias confortáveis e relaxantes! Estamos ansiosos por voltar!

A Perfect Stay at Casa Clara! Our stay at Casa Clara in Santa Luiza was nothing short of magical. The house itself is stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, blending modern comfort with authentic Portuguese charm. The outdoor space was a dream: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing mornings. We especially loved the proximity to the charming village of Santa Luiza, which feels like a hidden gem. There are good restaurants, supermarket/bakery & pharmacy 2 mins walk from the house. Check in/out was seamless & communication with Patricia was excellent. We felt truly at home and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Casa Clara to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the Algarve.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement et sa situation. Une magnifique vue sur la lagune et l’île de Cabanas. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le Spar est à 2mns à pied . Cafés, bars, restaus et boutiques aussi. Nous avons communiqué avec Carmen par téléphone et elle a répondu à nos interrogations très rapidement. Ne pas hésiter à venir séjourner dans ce lieu reposant et très agréable.

My wife and I stayed here for about 7 days on our first trip top Portugal. We could not have been more pleased. The location is ideal. Very close to beaches, restaurants, another local attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. We toured Tavira and were very happy we stayed in this area instead as its a bit quieter. The main kitchen and siting area is very spacious. We cooked many meals and enjoyed the fact that everything we needed was there for us to use. We will definitely be back and next time we will bring our grown up children and their spouses and rent more space. Thank you Tania for a great vacation.

This apartment was so perfect for my first stay in Portugal! It had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable! and the place was very cozy and bright with all the big windows! It was great to be able to use the club facilities and the boat to the beach was great. The weather was lovely for February and we often had the beach to ourselves! The big patio is perfect for group dinner and the views stunning! It’s close to the beach and walkable to bars and restaurants as well as lovely nature walks. Keith was a fantastic host and very accommodating with great communication. The only note I had was that there seems to be an apartment connected to it through a private door, and at times can be a bit loud with the scraping furniture across the floor. However this really didn’t affect the fabulous time I had and I can’t wait to book again soon :) Thanks Keith for a fab holiday!

A lovely place to stay. Plenty of room. Gail was very helpful. The pool was lovely. Being five minutes walk from the promenade was great. The water taxi to the beach area is very frequent - never waiting more than a minute. Would have no hesitation recommending Gail’s place to others.

Óptimo espaço para umas férias. Muito bem localizado a poucos minutos a pé do centro de cabanas(onde tem restaurantes e bares), também muito perto do local onde se apanha o barco para a praia. Ter lugar de estacionamento na garagem o que é realmente uma importante mais valia. Recomendo bastante.

We a great time in Santa Luzia and really enjoyed staying in Anne’s apartment. The location is fantastic, right next to the harbour and easy walking to a number of restaurants, bars, cafes and the local mini supermarkets. The balcony has great views over the harbour and estuary, the tide coming in and out constantly changes the scenery. Take a pair of binoculars to spot much of the local bird life that descends when the tide goes out. The balcony is south facing and is a sun trap with a table and four chairs, so nice place for breakfast and lunch, or a beer or two! There is also a large outdoor corner sofa that is very comfortable and is good for sunbathing. We stayed in late April and on the whole the weather was perfect. You can catch a bus more or less right out the front door to Tavira and visit the beach by small train to Barril beach or catch the water taxi. All in all we really enjoyed our time in Santa Luzia.

Françoise and José are great hosts. They helped us whenever we needed - ideas about restaurants and beaches in the area, free time, various objects ( including crib and high chair for the baby).They are two people always smiling, open, they communicate very well in French, English, Spanish and obviously Portuguese. They were very kind to us, they brought us fresh fruit from their own garden. Our little girl really adored them and ate them every day. The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa that has several apartments and rooms for rent. The apartment has direct access to the pool, but does not have sea view.We went with our little girl (1,3 years) and the yard was helpful to us, having a place to spend time with her in the warm days of late July.
