Nice loft in Skogsby near Färjestaden

Close to almost everything on Öland is the village of Skogsby. There is a two bedroom apartment with double bed and sofa bed for two, newly renovated bathroom with washing machine and newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher. You live upstairs of a villa with your own entrance, parking space, nice big balcony and wifi. In Skogsby is the Öland Folk High School with popular summer classes. Road 136 passes by and will take you everywhere on Öland. Located between the countryside and Färjestaden's urban area, the village Skogsby combines the possibilities of both.

One with single bed and 120 bed, there is a travel crib for children. Second room with bed that becomes sofa during the day. There is a small patio at the entrance. In quiet community with proximity to sandy beaches. Great starting point for excursions and arrangements at the island. 10 km to Färjestaden, about a 25 minute drive to Kalmar. Simple adult bikes to borrow(2x)

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

Easy to move to Borgholm Castle Ruins, Royal Solliden, Borgholm, Köpingsvik, Ottenby with bird station. Within the area there are 2 tennis courts, football field, playground, pool, children's pool and kiosk during the high season.
