On the outskirts of Steyrling is the apartment with space for 2 adults. The apartment is fully equipped, from washer-dryer, dishwasher, gas grill to hand blender, sauna... Steyrling is located in a quiet valley and is surrounded by mountains. 5 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows directly under the house. In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Surrounded by hills, forest and a stream, our house is nestled in the middle of green nature, just a stone's throw from the town center, where a baker with an extended offer opens his doors in the morning. The small village is surrounded by three foothills of the Alps in the middle of the Sternen-Naturpark Attersee-Traunsee and offers an ideal starting point for countless excursions and many sporting activities, such as hiking, mountaineering, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.

Cozy, self-sufficient tiny house in the countryside

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Troadkasten - Kalkalpen National Park

This original troad box is 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here two people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a sauna, heated hot tub for your exclusive use on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

Apartment in Gesäuse National Park, Hall bei Admont

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!

Chalet Ascherhütte in Upper Austria

If you're looking for a simple rustic cottage on the top of the mountain, you've found the right place. Our Ascher Hütte is located at about 850 m above sea level and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains, the Kalkalpen National Park but also down into the valley. A tranquil place to relax from the stressful everyday life and find yourself.

This unique place has a style all its own. The studio impresses with its large glass front which faces south and west. There is a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen and a private parking space.
