Private, quiet garden with a covered loggia and a south-facing terrace. Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Bus stops right outside. S-Bahn train is a 6-minute walk or bus ride away. 15 minutes directly to Marienplatz and 30 minutes to Oktoberfest.
