An absolute dream. Super and modernly furnished with a view of the detail. The location on the edge of the Troodos mountains in the middle of the vineyards. Brilliant to relax.

The location of the house was very good, the house was great, Ms. Meryem was very, very caring, our neighbors were very kind. Everything was perfect. I don't think there is any need to pay high prices for hotels because it had the comfort of a hotel, we were very pleased. From now on, this is our home in Cyprus, you can stay here with peace☺️☺️ of mind. First, I thank Ms. Meryem and then Airbnb.

It's absolutely a magnificent house. It will make you feel peaceful in every aspect that is furnished with pleasure. I felt extremely comfortable during my 5-day stay. She's a lovely host. The house was perfect. It is far from the city center, but you can reach the center of Kyrenia in 20 minutes by car. A home for those who want complete peace and tranquility. Thanks to the Taro restaurant in the complex, we didn't need to cook at home. I'd like to go again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

Everything was very nice, our hosts were very caring and receptive, they quickly helped us with every question. The location of the house was also quite close to the center. The house is in a very advantageous location for those coming for vacation. One of the biggest advantages is that it is only 3-4 minutes by car to the Merit hotels area. The house was extremely clean, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom has been thought of; all household appliances and personal care products were complete. During our stay, we experienced a sudden water outage around 11.30 pm. We were worried about having problems at such an hour, but the host Ms. Beyhan quickly resolved the situation. It was really admirable that he came with his team late at night and intervened. Thanks to this approach, we were always comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and the host's attention. We recommend it with peace of mind.

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential complex, just 1 minute's walk from the beach. The house is beautiful, well maintained and furnished with love. There is nothing missing: quiet air conditioning, Tupperware, adapters, plenty of towels and even beach accessories such as loungers, umbrellas and diving goggles. Outside, there is a tap and an entrance directly into the bathroom – super practical after the beach. The airport is 10 minutes, supermarkets 10–15 min. away. Yes, you can hear planes - especially at the beginning - but it hardly bothers you, and over time we even found it nice. We were there at the end of May, almost alone in the complex - fantastically quiet. The bed was comfortable, and a topper was available on request. The beach is shallow, with few waves – ideal for swimming. And host Stavros? Warm, attentive, always available – and the full fridge on arrival was the icing on the cake. Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Kamil is not a super host because first of all Kamil is a super person. The house was very fine, clean and in a prefect position. Kamil was always available, kind and ready to answer any questions we had

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The house is wonderful, flawless, mountain view on one side and sea on the other, I recommend it.

Our accommodation at Hanife Sun was extremely nice and comfortable. The host, Ms. Suna, anticipated and prepared everything we might need, and left us everything from snacks to drinks and fruits to eat. She even thought of deodorant cream, even though we didn't use it because we had it with us, these are fine details. The house was clean, tidy and quiet. Ms. Suna was always in contact. There was Wi-Fi, but it only worked in the living room. It was close to where we wanted to be. We would definitely like to stay here again if we come back.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

The apartment was brand new and very clean. A beautiful little apartment with an amazing view of the greenery. In the distance you can even see the sea. The house is a little secluded and therefore very quiet. You need a rental car to travel around. The landlord is very nice and helpful, also lives in the house in his own apartment.
