예상보다 타슈켄트에 너무 일찍 도착해서 곤란하던 차에 일찍 체크인을 할 수 있게 도와주셔서 너무 감사했어요! 조용하고 평화로운 분위기에다가 지하철역과도 가까운 편이고 주변에 필요한 것들이 다 있어서 편리했습니다. 집에서는 넷플릭스를 무제한으로 볼 수 있는 것도 장점이고요, 특히 문제가 생기면 바로바로 소통하고 도와주는 책임감있는 Akbar 덕분에 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 또 타슈켄트에 가면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶어요!! 강력 추천합니다

This is the second time we've stayed with Malika in the same apartment, and we're completely satisfied this time too. We were three adults, so having two proper bedrooms is simply fantastic. Otherwise, the apartment has everything a family vacationer needs besides the bedrooms. First, there's plenty of space. Second, there's a well-functioning bathroom with a shower and toilet, and third, there's a functioning kitchen with a seating area. Working Wi-Fi isn't something we hear about these days. However, it's always nice when it's available immediately and works quickly. Communication with Malika via Airbnb is excellent and very quick. Check-in is well organized. You notice this when you've been traveling for many hours and arrive in the middle of the night, or, like us, took a taxi to the airport at 3:00 a.m. this morning. With Malika, it's no problem at all. We'll be back. Thank you.

Здравствуйте. Очень благодарны вам что встретили нас и заселили поздней ночью. В доме очень тихо, соседи не шумят, лифты работают исправно и быстро. Такси в шаговой доступности, два супермаркета прямо под домом, обилие ресторанов, рынков и кафе. Чтобы таксист точно знал куда везти, указывайте точный адрес дома и улицы, а не просто района (районы огромные). Но если не знаете местного языка, то таксисты с легкостью звонят хозяину и консультируются по точному адресу. В общем, очень благодарны Ташкенту за гостеприимность.

Mat was very responsive on Airbnb and What’s app messaging as well. We asked him for a favor to make a reservation at Khan Chapan restaurant in Tashkent and he was happy to help, and he also gave great suggestions for activities to do afterwards. Great apartment for 3 or more people, lots of space and very walkable to Chorsu Bazaar. We used yande x to get picked up and dropped off at the airport and it was very reliable and only 20000 som (less than $2). Rahmat, Mat!

안녕하십니까! 최고의 숙소를 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다~ 우리 일행은 7명의 성인 남성으로 구성되었고 렌터카 2대를 이용하였습니다~ 호스트는 항상 도움을 주기 위해 노력하였고, 모든 시설은 깨끗하게 관리되고 서비스되고 있습니다~ 숙소가 있는 곳은 한적한 마을로 풍경이 아름답고 평화롭고 안락한 휴식을 취하기에 최고의 숙소입니다~ 우리 일행 모두 매우 만족하고 호스트에게 감사함을 느끼고 있습니다~ 이 숙소를 이용하는 여행자분들 모두 숙소에서 행복을 느끼시기를 바랍니다~ 감사합니다~

The house is in a real neighborhood, not on a tourist road. Insude is beautiful and peaceful. the courtyard is green, planted with fruit trees and a covered open air cooking and eating space.

comfortable & clean & accomodating - place that feels very homey in a quiet neighborhood with many fruit trees. there is a small yard, 2 rooms, a private toilet, fridge and microwave. the shower is always warm with hot water, it is officially semi-shared with the family but we never had an conflict or problem - they only clean it when we weren't there., quite the contrary we loved meeting the family and they were very open and available for cultural exchange and hospitality just like we've experienced all over uzbekistan. if you want a sterile hotel - go for it.. but if you want a real uzbek experience in tashkent - this is as good as it gets especially for such a great price. thank you!!

Our family had an awesome time at Guli's holiday home. Everything was as described and better. We especially enjoyed the heated pool (huge plus) and also the beautifully grown garden with lovely flowers and fruit trees - black figs, grapes, pear, cherry and walnut. Amazing! We also especially enjoyed the wet kitchen as we did all of our cooking there. The host was also kind enough to provide us with charcoal briquets which we used to grill kebabs! The cauldron we used to cook is run by gas which was awesome. The rooms we nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom had all we needed even down to detergent. There are little mini-markets and several wine/beer shops that are about a 10 minute walk away. Transportation is also available via Y.andex taxi but you will have to walk out to the nearest intersection when you leave. Finally, thanks Guli for the great communication from the start and also thanks to the friendly care-taker who checked us in and provided us with helpful tips!

Great place away from Tashkent hustle and bustle. One our ride away from city centre but totally worth it. Beautiful mountains from windows and terrace. Excellent host - arranged a cook and a baby-sitter on request. Villa is amazing

The house is certainly an excellent facility and location. The host is very accomodating. Highly recommended place and host!
