All in all a very nice stay, everything was as expected

Great place to stay in the countryside !

We were on a little road trip with my two boys and needed a pit stop near Tartu. Didn't have high hopes, just needed a roof and some beds. What we got was an unexpected gem. The pool table first caught our attention in the listing — but once we arrived, it was clear this place had way more in store: tons of space, grill house, basketball hoop, huge TV, and a sound system that could host a mini concert. The boys claimed the two queen-size beds like royalty, while I got some solid shut-eye in the master bedroom. The cherry on top? If you’re into horses — like, really into horses — this might just be your spiritual home. Would absolutely stay again. Great vibes, great setup, and enough space to survive a road trip with kids. 10/10.

Very nice place! We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and lovely terrace/yard! We visited with a dog and 7 people.

We were looking for a house for a team of colleagues with parking, and Marek's house was great for that, as it allowed for enough room for everyone. Marek was also very helpful when we needed an extra bed. Our guests felt right at home, and at some points - too much at home, and sadly left some scrapes on the floors, but Marek was great in his communication - calm and solution-focused. We were very glad to have such a wonderful host. Thank you for everything Marek!

Everything was exactly as promised. Kalmar gave us the key to the house, he was very friendly and polite man with a good sense of humor!

Very modern apartment in the new development area. Everything you need is there, very clean and great balcony. The location is ideal for exploring Tartu. You can leave the car and take the bus directly into the city. We felt very comfortable.

It is a very lovely home, very quiet and cozy. Also city centre is close-by. Everything was clean and amenities were all there. Also, there where things for a little kid to play. Can reccomend!

Professionals work in this apartment. Everything is clear and to the point. We stayed for one night, we were looking for emergency accommodation, Annika responded quickly, everything in the apartment is thought out: a parking space near the entrance and the availability of everything we needed and what Hosts usually save on is a spare set of linen, salt and spices, sunflower oil. The presence of additional hooks for towels, especially if it is a new home, but not in these apartments, here Annika took into account, like trifles, and from them you can see the attitude. Thank you , Annika, we had a complete feeling that we were staying in the apartment of friends who left us the keys to their apartment. (This is in a figurative sense, in the apartment "Smart Lock")

The apartment was stunning—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The view was amazing, and the balcony was a real highlight! This was the most well-equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in; it had everything we needed, and the kitchen tools, in particular, were of excellent quality. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything go smoothly. Highly recommended!

Lovely cozy apartment in a great area. Had everything we needed!

By far one of the best AirBnB apartments we stayed in. Very comfortable, spacious, very good beds, plenty of spaces to work, read, and rest. Bathroom has a big shower and a laundry & dryer machine (which was necessary given the rainy days we had). Perfect breakfast place at 50 meter walk on the corner and many bars and restaurants at the end of the street, near the old town hall square. To the city center it's 15 min walk and to the Delta Management School it's 7 minutes walk. Marge responds at the speed of light and is very kind. Note that, even if you do not arrive by car, your first entry is via the car park access and subsequently you enter and exit via the door to the street. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator, so a bit of suitcase exercise is required.

Stylish and cosy loft in the very heart of the old town. Despite of the proximity to the center of Tartu nightlife, still very quiet and private. There’s no proper bed per se but the mattress was very soft so we didn’t have problems with it. Keep in mind that the stairs to the sleeping floor doesn’t have child protection. Loved it, would stay again.

Nicely presented and homely apartment with interior design flair which looked just like the photos, and is easily walkable to Tartu centre AHHAA etc. Would stay there again and recommend to others

Ulle was a terrific host and the space was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. It has all of the amenities and is very walkable to Al of the action on Tartu. Access to the unit was easy and communication seamless. The sauna is amazing. I would highly recommend.
