A nice little apartment, 20 minutes walk to the beach. There are convenience stores next door and you can easily find taxis. However, a lot of wind in the evening that slams the windows and can cause difficulty sleeping. A big favorite for the view of the city from the huge terrace. Thanks so much Sonia!

This is my favorite Airbnb in Praia! Apartment has a lot of space, great furniture, location. Absolutely no complaints and Irina is very gracious in her work, she is a very down to earth intellectual that will make sure you feel right at home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Frankly my experience in Cape Verde could not have gone better, I really enjoyed the accommodation and the host was always there for us, we lacked nothing and at no time did we feel disturbed frankly I recommend it

We felt very comfortable with Madilu. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly and charmingly furnished. We particularly liked the open kitchen on the terrace. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the grocery stores are easily accessible and the sea is on the doorstep. Cidade Velha is a special place as well as the accommodation of Madilu. We'll be sure to recommend

My mother and I were guests at Tété and her family's house for two weeks - with an island-hopping break in between. We actually wanted to stay in the separate flat on the ground floor. But as this was not possible, we stayed in the two guest rooms in the family home. And I have to say that looking back it was a great added value. By living with Tété and her family, we learnt and experienced a lot that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Not just the discovery of our new culinary highlight: "bissap" (hibiscus flowers) as juice and jam for breakfast (delicious!) - if you want to get close to Cabo Verde, its people and its culture, Casa Tété with all its family members is the right place for you! Tété was very attentive and helpful the whole time and shared a lot of her extensive knowledge and experience with us. She is the engine, the heart and the soul of this Airbnb! We arrived late at night. The host has arranged a transfer, as well as access to the accommodation: great! We spent a "transfer" night there and it was really nice. The bedding is hard but pleasantly comfortable! I recommend it for a night or two✨! 2 minutes from the airport

I was staying in a bedroom with terrace and alone in a large house with access to the bathroom and kitchen! The house is located in a quiet area! The main street is a 2-min walk away or you will find quite a few restaurants, mercado (supermarket)! It is not even 10 minutes from the main square with also other choices of restaurants or children's activities! 10 min driving to the Kebra beach where there is a shopping mall! Nilsa and her husband my very well hosted and her very responsive! Thanks again for the booking! See you soon!

We enjoyed the quiet stay at Dinohelders place in the hills of Santiago. The house has a very tasty interior design and we felt at home from the beginning. The garden is beautiful with all the plants and the pergola is beautiful. People living around the area are super helpful and friendly. You'll see all kinds of farm animals around the property. There are nice hiking opportunities available right from the house. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful place.

Initially I was supposed to stay with my father for only 3 days but I, personally ended up staying additional 2 days. Jorge, Sofia's father was super helpful by helping with the check-in, the comute to the city center and Praia, provided very good restaurante recommendation. Sofia during these days despite of the distance was always very communicative. Lovely family, loverly house, lovely moment. I totally recommend this house for someone that is looking for peace and quiet.

Beautiful seaside villa with pool. Friendly staff, very clean. No food options nearby but the villa has a fully equipped kitchen.

The communication with the host went perfectly, he even accommodated with some changes we needed to do. Location is quite nice if you wanna stay in a more silence residential area but still quite close to the city by taxi. Apartment was nicely clean and very comfortable with everything needed. Fully recommended!
