Beach condo holiday rentals in Tarpon Bay

Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We had such a great time. Cindy's condo was perfect for the two of us. Estero Beach was our favorite beach from the whole vacation, and what was best it was right outside!! We found so many shells,and saw dolphins. It's a great place to stay. Cindy was always just a text away,and responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

We stayed at Lisa's place for 5 nights and it was perfect for my husband, me, and our daughter! It is clean, quiet, in a great location, with all the amenities you need. Very close to gorgeous beaches. Lisa was proactive with communication and gave us the information we needed to just relax and enjoy.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. It had all you needed for a great beach vacation. Plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We used the public transportation and it was easy to use and very reasonable!!

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Tastefully decorated and a prime location. Within steps of the pool and the beach. Holly and her group was very responsive, great host and I definitely recommend staying here.

It was a very smooth experience from beginning to end. We had one thing we were missing and Keith got on it immediately. Very responsive. One more note that’s not reflected in my ratings - the reference to a dishwasher in listing and on guidance in the unit should be removed! Also modify listing of utensils, baking sheet, S&P.

Bruce and Patti are excellent, responsive hosts! The home is centrally located yet quiet and private. This unit has the best private outdoor space out of all units in the building. The outdoor area is spacious, equipped with a clean gas grill and complete with loungers, chairs, side tables, dining table with umbrella, beautiful plants, and a fun pond. The bikes are in great condition! The interior has full sized furniture and appliances, is tastefully decorated, not cramped at all and has everything you need: salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toiletries, full length mirror, lighted makeup mirror, vacuum, and plenty of hangers. Extremely comfortable bed, and great water pressure. It is a great home and we truly enjoyed our time at this here! Thank you Patti and Bruce for being phenomenal hosts and attention to detail.

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beach was very walkable & had great shelling. It was also close to the lighthouse which we walked to via the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Wickie’s & Magic Bus ice cream. The in-unit washer & dryer were also a nice amenity. When we had a question, Katlyn responded quickly. We had a wonderful week there & highly recommend it.

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Close to everything and what a great time we had. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs. Comfortable beds and great views, thanks for everything. We will be back,

Judy and Tom’s place was perfect for us. Exactly as pictured. Super walkable to restaurants, 7-Eleven, the pier/beach. Gorgeous area. Close, dedicated parking spot. Right be the pool. So easy and peaceful. Would love to come back! Great for couples or a quiet girls trip. Highly recommend the Tiki Boat Tours as well (walking distance).

It was a lovely stay! & truly perfected located! We loved the pool and how close it was to the beach! Walking distance to town and the market were a huge plus! Only complaint is the WIFI didn't work much and the beds could be a little comfier for the price you pay per night, but other than that it was very clean and we were happy with our stay!
