In our home, there are panoramic views of the water in all rooms, and you get your private terrace with direct access to the water. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the lovely views from the 4th floor. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, so there is the possibility of privacy. The harbor bus sails right past, so you can easily get around Copenhagen in a fun and beautiful way.

The entrance to the house features a wooden door framed by a brick archway. Climbing plants and flowers add greenery to the entrance, while cobblestones create a path leading to the door. Windows above the entrance provide natural light to the facade.

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge. You can see water and forest just outside of your windows. It takes 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!
