Beautiful newly built guest house 200 meters from Amager Strandpark and 500 m to metro and 10 minutes from Copenhagen C 2 rooms, with living room and kitchen in one room and bedroom in another room. Bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. 4 beds, of which 2 are on a sofa bed. Possibility to use the entire garden and terrace alone. Note that it is a basement apartment. We only rent the apartment when we are away, so you are here for yourselves, but do not have access to the whole house. What you can see in the pictures, you have access to.

The house is right by bus 35 to the airport. It is only five minutes from the idyllic fishing village with old yellow houses and harbor. Nice beach and swimming area.

It is also a wonderful overnight option, after concerts in the Royal Arena, or if you are going to a conference in the Bella Center. The guest house has its own bathroom and toilet. We rent out our newly renovated guest house, which ideally fits 2 people. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with free parking and has a kitchen, washing machine, bed and dining table, a bathroom and private exit to the secluded corner of the garden with sunny terrace. Shopping options are within 5 minutes walking distance, and in just 30 minutes you will arrive by public transport to the city center or to the airport. If you also dream of seeing Malmö in Sweden, you will get here in just 40 minutes.

It is centrally located, close to buses, metro and train, all of which run directly to Copenhagen and Copenhagen Airport in a short time. There are various shopping options within a 3-10 minute walk. Otherwise, the Fields shopping center, which has restaurants, shops, cinema, etc., is only 20 minutes away on foot. Royal Arena is also a short walk away. The bus also runs to both of these places.
