Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years.
