Holiday rentals with a pool in Tarlac

Mam Monica's listing is a rare find. Super spotless clean. Our family usually brings own pillows and blankets whenever we travel (even in hotels), but in Mam Monica's home, we did not feel the compulsion to use what we brought. The place is also well-designed. Well-thought of the placing of the appliances. Super homey the villa. On top of all these, Mam Monica is an amazing host. Grabe the hospitality and generosity. Our families and children enjoyed very much. In my daughter's words, she wants to stay twenty days. <3 Its like we stayed over a very close family/family friend. Not a stranger. Thank you, Mam Monica. You and your home definitely made core memories both to us adults and our children <3

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

Really nice place!! It has been more than a year since our last visit, and there’s a lot of improvement in the unit that makes it more homey. The host is always nice and accommodating. We will definitely book the place again soon!

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

Ms. Kim was very responsive during our stay. We loved the place, feels like home. My mom said that the unit is nice. Just a bit of concern with ants (this was a big thing for me since my son is allergic to a certain type of insect bite) when you have some covered food or maybe "to gos" left on the table, but a bug spray is available for use. Easy access, good neighborhood, ample water for usage, accessible amenities, great host! Overall, still a good stay! Praying for your Granddad's speedy recovery, Ms. Kim. Thank you!😊

I suggest placing the location pin more accurately and adding some signages to make the place easier to locate. There should be daily garbage disposal to prevent flies. Additionally, the caretaker must ensure the pool is cleaned every day.

We stayed here for Aurora fest 2025, the place is great and spacious. The owner is kind and accommodating. We never had a problem during our stay. Everything that you might need in a house is in here. The place is quiet and relaxing. If you are to stay here, a car is a must. It’s quite far from the city but there’s an available convenience store thats kind of walking distance. Nonetheless, the place is amazing and so is the owner. Thank you, Sir Mark, for accommodating us even though we almost arrived at dawn. Godbless!

Great place to stay inside Clark. The room was bigger than expected and had everything you need for a quick staycation. Grace was also very responsive, we had a problem with the toilet and it was resolved right away. we had a great time here and will definitely book again.

It was originally recommended by a colleague, and after such a great first experience, I didn't hesitate to come back for a second visit. Responsive and accommodating. Place was great, neat and cozy. My wife and I loved the interior and felt like we were in a Korea. We'll definitely book again the next time we'll be in Clark for another run. :)
