Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. Erg charmant appartement. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, werkende smart tv. In een prachtige omgeving met mooie stranden en oude binnenstad. Parkeren in buurt is wat lastiger, maar er is altijd, al is het wat verderop, wel een plekje te vinden. Gastheer is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Giovanni. Le domaine est magnifique et superbement entretenu. Nous avons pu goûter aux bonnes pâtisseries maison au petit déjeuner. Très bien situé, emplacement central pour les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement.

Magnifique logement ( nous étions dans l’appartement deux) , dans une masseria absolument magnifique! Une piscine extraordinaire, un coin pour chiller le soir, une cuisine partagée très bien équipée…bref un endroit exceptionnel, au calme, au milieu des champs de blés, absolument génial!

Daria was a an extremely responsive and cheerful host. She was available for questions throughout our stay. Her place is extremely clean, in a great location next to the beautiful Basilica, an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, in the old town where things happen, and near small south of town beaches. The roof terrace and French doors to tiny terraces are delightful, allowing great airflow through the apartment. There are three flights of narrow stairs. The multi level space has great design, nestled in the historic stone building and neighborhood.

Great location in the centre of the historic district in Monopoli. Lot's of restaurants and cafes close by. Check out Caffè Letterario around the corner for amazing coffee and a really cool vibe if you sit inside. The apartment is very clean and cozy, but not the greatest if you plan on doing lots of cooking. Cosimo was a fantastic host - super responsive and helpful to make sure your stay was enjoyable. Would recommend this place to friends.

We had the most amazing time at the Villa it was better than the pictures when we got there. Grazia communicated really well and gave great instructions on how to get there. The pool the rooms everything was perfect. There was of 6 us in our groups 3 couples and we enjoyed nights by the pool and a few dinners in town at Ceglie.M great little town. We did a few day trips to Ostuni Alberobello Monopoli and many more. There were great grocery stores which Grazia told us about and we made that a fun outing going to do the shopping. You definitely need a car if you stay in this area and this villa. We loved our adventure and it was a bucket list experience being in this region and enjoying its culture. Thank you

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. The accommodation was well located in a peaceful setting, and enjoyed helping ourselves to the fresh fruit and vegetables in the garden. My toddler loved her stay and listening to the church bells which she could see in the distance! Would highly recommend

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement de Mimma. La maison était chaleureuse comme l'hote qui était aux petits soins pour nous. Encore merci à Mimma et à sa Maman pour les gâteaux maison et les provisions. Mimma est très souriante, réactive tout en étant discrète. On a adoré la visite du trullo qui est vraiment une fierté pour Mimma qui a su préserver cet héritage familial. La localisation du logement est parfaite pour visiter les Pouilles. Venez chez Mimma, vous en repartirez ravis comme nous l'avons été.

We had a great vacation, our friends did enjoy their experience as it was the first time in Puglia. For me it was a coming back home as I am from Puglia. The trulli were cozy, clean, and comfortable, the area is great to relax, and most of all it’s completely private and safe. Francesca was very kind as she extend our check out, even though she had a new reservation coming! Thanks a lot Francesca!

¡WAO fue una experiencia espectacular!, Desde el momento en que entramos, nos impresionó lo hermoso que es el lugar. Cada detalle de la decoración está impecable, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. La cama y el cuarto son cómodos y visualmente encantadores, ideales para descansar. El baño es increíble, amplio y totalmente impecable. La ventilación y la iluminación del espacio es excelente y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para preparar el desayuno. Lo usamos como punto estratégico para recorrer el sur de Puglia, lo que hizo la ubicación aún más conveniente. El estacionamiento no fue un problema, siempre encontramos espacio y fue seguro. Es importante considerar que hay escaleras que subir, pero no afectaron la experiencia. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería sin pensarlo. Fue un alojamiento que superó todas las expectativas.

Claudia was an absolute delight. She was very kind and helpful, and even allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment itself is a gem! It's beautifully stylish and very bright. We particularly loved having two balconies, offering lovely spots to enjoy the Polignano ambiance. The location is truly unbeatable - it is within walking distance from all attractions. I absolutely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Donatella’s place! Even though we were unlucky with the weather it was really cosy and sweet. The reception and internet is a little bit of an issue for us but we figured it out! Antonio the grounds keeper was great! Super friendly and tried to help us as much as possible even though there was a language barrier. Don’t keep your doors/car doors open!! The cats will come in. We had little muddy footprints all through our car haha!

Benedetta ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und voller guter Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände in der Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, um die traumhaften Strände des Salento und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region schnell zu erreichen. Wir können das B&B uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt🇮🇹❤️

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Particolare. We verbleven 2 weken in de studio. Mooie schone ruimte en alles aanwezig! Mooie, rustige omgeving vlakbij Martina Franca. Peter en Anita zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. Ze gaven ons veel tips over de omgeving. We voelden ons helmaal thuis!

Claudia’s place was in a great location and the bonus was the garage for parking. It was easy to walk yo all the restaurants and the beaches. Claudia was very responsive but also respectful of our privacy. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Claudia.

The stay in the Antonella´s apartment was nice. Great location in the heart of Monopoli and easy to access the historical parts, restaurants so as well the beaches on the side. Helpful instructions on parking and quick responses whenever we needed. The stairs into the apartment are very steep but thats how it is in these buildings:)

Ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub. Von der ersten bis zur letzten minute. Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!
