Villa Carla is over 100 years old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to the vineyard, only 5km from the town of Koper. It was home to our grandparents and our grandparents… including the old mom Carla (nona Carla), who got her name from the villa. From the old days, there was also a typical fountain that never ran out of water and two old trees, which you'll notice right away; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Relax in this unique accommodation in an old stone house in the picturesque Istrian village of Mrgani, only 24 km from Rovinj. Legend has it that the notorious pirate Captain Morgan lived in it after burying his treasure in Dvigrad in the Lim Channel. The old stone house was completely renovated in 2023. Within the house there are 2 accommodation units that can be rented individually or together. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
