Great space and location. If we questioned the price (compared to relatively similar and slightly cheaper accommodations), the location compensated for the potential travel expenses we would have, because Maria Alice's Loft is close to everything. We walk around the surroundings a lot, always finding public/private spaces (parks, squares, museums, open-air markets, bars, cafes and restaurants) of great quality, traditional or new. Oh, it was Valentine's Day and I asked the hosts for recommendations of companies/stores for breakfast orders. They presented me with several options, making the experience even more positive. Renata's apartment is beautiful and cozy, you feel at home and it has everything you need. She cleared up all our doubts and put us in touch with the person in charge, who always responded quickly. The apartment is right in the center of BH, 10 minutes by Uber to several interesting tourist attractions, however I did not feel comfortable walking the streets of downtown BH. There is a lot of commerce around and SESC is in front. The building has a 24-hour concierge and they were very receptive. BH's cuisine is innovative and delicious, we recommend going to the Baixaria bar on Av. do Contorno. Signature snacks and a very beautiful view. In addition, thank Renata for the incredibly cozy and decorated space, just right for a stay for any purpose.

I really loved staying in this penthouse and the best part was being very close to the Santa Inês neighborhood to visit my brother and nieces. In 5 minutes I was in the heart of the neighbourhood. The apartment is very complete. I didn't meet Glau in person, but I got the keys from the neighbour Priscila, who was super nice. Glau let me in earlier and leave a little later, she was super flexible. I've already added it to my favourites, so I can stay there again on my next visit.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, it has useful equipment in the kitchen and was very clean. The bed and sofa, both very comfortable. The location is excellent for walking, as it is very central in BH, and for me, who came for work, it made it much easier. The windows and curtains of the apartment helped a little to minimize the noise, considering the central region. Contact with the owner was easy, and check-in with facial recognition and password also streamlined and optimised the experience. In addition to the care with a message and a welcome treat, bringing Minas Gerais hospitality from the first moment. I would definitely come back =) Thank you!

You may fall in love with the photos and location and you'll be right to do so, but let me tell you what I always look for in a stay: comfortable bed and efficient shower. I can still smell the clean, fresh linen on the bed! Paula's place has it all with the add-on of a friendly and responsive host. We particularly enjoyed exploring the books about BH carefully curated at the apartment and a guide to the best restaurants in the city. We would definitely go back!

Our trip was excellent. The place is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, organized and clean. We will definitely come back more often.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, with a great location, close to the center and the bus station, everything was very clean and cozy. Luciana was a helpful and attentive extremamebte, gave us great tips and instructions, everyone of the trip loved the place very much.

Flávio is a super kind and nice person, responds quickly to messages, super prompt and helpful... the place surprised me, it is much better than in the description and the photos do not match the peace and beauty of the place... there are several fruit trees, hammocks for rest, swimming pool with loungers, several flowers, plants, and the house is very large, rustic style with various furniture and antique equipment (sound, scale, TV)... it gave me nostalgia.. anyway... I really enjoyed it... I want to come back!

Spectacular, quiet, and has everything we need, heated pool, sauna, pool, pool, totem, tv, barbecue area, soccer field, hammock, jump and swing for children, plenty of space, kitchen, bathroom, everything at its best, impeccable cleaning, the host, Mr. Edis, very attentive and always available, we love the stay, soon we will return, a special hug to Lili, Lulu and Lala, super friendly people we know here!

The place is delicious! Very large, with all the rooms equipped with a suite and great bathrooms. The water in the showers is abundant and the mattresses are soft and very comfortable. The highlight was the attention of the housekeeper, Vander, a helpful and careful person who cleaned the pool during our stay. To improve, I suggest: - Reform the pool table, as the fabric is too torn. - Improve the masonry grill. Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

The space is large, well airy and extremely comfortable, provides a feeling of tranquility and well-being. In addition, the location is excellent, and the environment stands out for silence and calm. Undoubtedly, an experience I recommend for those looking for comfort and quiet.

Very quiet and comfortable, I didn't want to go back and enjoy the most of the kkkk site Super complete and safe condo, close to bakeries, supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Apartment neat, clean and with everything you need to make you feel at home! I love it! Super charismatic and flexible hosts!

Overall, we had a good and quiet stay.

Wonderful environment...access to the market in the same block...shopping mall nearby...super polite neighbours...I'd come back tomorrow if necessary.
