Beyond this private nest are 360 degree views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains, the Rio Grande Gorge, spectacular sunset displays & miles of walking & bike trails.

The Phoenix official Earthship cannot be compared to any other rental in this world. This home’s jungle greenhouse creates its own microclimate in the high mountain desert and is completely off-the-grid, exquisitely detailed and outfitted with modern amenities. The outer greenhouse features towering banana trees, grape vines, birds, turtles and even a fish pond. The inner living spaces are cozy and quiet. We are a collection of 8 sweet, unique Casitas set on a shady, serene acre on Brooks Street in the Historic District. Poppy is a Studio w/ its own entrance and is part of the building that houses our caretakers. It's a Victorian-style bedroom w/ private bath: perfect for the single traveler looking for value or as a romantic getaway for a couple. Poppy comes w/ a mini-fridge, a microwave, & coffee maker & a comfy queen . Because its 350 sq ft., we can host 2. Plus 1 small dog - for a fee.

The Raven's Lair Earthship Casita stands as an exceptional testament to the innovative ingenuity of Earthship Biotecture and the visionary design of Michael Reynolds. As one of the latest additions to the esteemed collection of official Global Model Earthships, it represents the pinnacle of sustainable architecture and self-sufficiency. This listing is for the east side of "Mother Earthship". There is an attached west suite. Both sides are completely private with only the driveway shared.

Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. Sadie's King Suite is within a territorial style house that has been divided into three private Airbnb suites. The house is centrally located and conveniently situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, about one mile from Historic Taos Plaza and walking distance to many conveniences. Private one bedroom with a king bed, bathroom, living room and entryway. Total space 912 sq ft. Forced air heating with a thermostat, bedroom is equipped with in-room air conditioning. No kitchen.

Charming adobe casita with the best view in Taos! Located in the historic area of El Prado, its just a 5 minute drive to downtown Taos and a 15 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley. Tastefully decorated with handpicked antiques, this little spot boasts a nice kitchen and an old Kiva fireplace in the traditional New Mexican style. The views out the front windows could not be better, and more often than not the sunsets will leave you breathless. Enjoy a true New Mexico getaway!
