Everything was wonderful, we were very happy, Maria Rebeca gave us very good recommendations for all the beaches, and Pili was very kind and very helpful. Communication flowed very well with both of them. There were good restaurants and a market in the area. I recommend the house.

I really liked the place and the service, it also had what I needed to make food at home, the weather was great and the location was very good for going to the bays, the Chedraui and the markets. The house and everything in it is very clean, and Iliana's service was very good. If I stay in this place again😊, highly recommended.

The house is beautiful!!! Much better than the photos. Brenda from the beginning was texting me and Daniel welcomed us to give us the tour in the house. Brenda's recommendations for car rental and Huatulco tours were excellent. I went with my family including 2 minors (3 years and 7 years old) did not want to leave the pool as it has a very good size and the rooms very comfortable each with its bathroom. Very central everything: beaches, jetties for tour, market, food courts, shopping malls. All within 10 minutes maximum by car Excellent house, without a doubt I would return

Awesome stay at this beautiful modern home. My wife and I stayed here for 8 days to warm up after a trip to chilly Chihuahua. We really enjoyed the open design of the kitchen and dining area right next to the pool. We spent most of our time in or by the pool. The home is in a gated community and feels safe and very private. It has 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep in if you have a big family or share the rental with friends. You are close to downtown area and nice places to eat but you probably need a taxi or just rent a car. We ended up just stopping at the grocery store and stocking up on food and drinks for our stay. We had a very nice relaxing time and would definitely stay here again which is something we look forward to.

Everything was excellent , location , facilities , everything was super clean, comfortable, the pool was very much enjoyed by my children, especially the 4-year-old ! Everything super nice, the house charms me and the host's treatment is quite friendly, very friendly, attentive to our arrival and departure ! I recommend it 100% to come back !!

We went in a crafter van, which was very well parked inside the house, we came 21 people and we were quite comfortable since it is very spacious, everything was clean, the instructions were clear and kept in touch to resolve our doubts, the response delay in the messages was not so much, the response was not always immediate but about 1 hour and we had an answer. It is located near a commential center and in general all the amenities of the house are as mentioned, I will definitely stay here again when I return to Huatulco.

The stay was perfect, it was according to what was offered. Crucecita is small so everything was super close to us, we moved by car and the zocalo was about 5 minutes, 20 minutes walking. The area is super quiet and safe, and it also has many food places nearby, which made our lives easier. Faby, our host, was always attentive to us and what we were missing. My only recommendation is to make the arrivals 100% automated. Faby was very kind and explained why it is like this, but we had a setback on our arrival and we felt pressured because they were waiting for our arrival. Finally we arrived almost 5 hours after check-in, without any problems entering the house. A place I would definitely recommend, very cozy and beautiful.

Vincent’s condo in Huatulco is lovely. It is new, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and deck area are also clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well cared for. My husband and I had to suddenly move from our first apartment in Huatulco. Vincent was very friendly and extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. He also gave our daughter and her husband and late check out when they left a few days after us. Vincent’s apartment is well situated and in a very quiet area. It is about a 20 minute walk to La Crucecita and many excellent restaurants. There are also several different pickleball courts in area which was a real bonus! In addition, there are many beaches to choose from that are just are an affordable cab ride away. We enjoyed our stay in Huatulco and Vincent’s condo very much. We will be back soon!

The apartment was just as described, and very clean. The location is on the edge of Bahia de Santa Cruz which makes it extra quiet; but very walkable. Alan was our host and he was super friendly and professional. Make sure to sit on the balcony every morning to watch the colorful birds in the giant tree across the street….I must have seen at least 7 different types! This place was very cozy and had everything we needed; I hope to come back soon!

Hi, we went on a family trip. The building is very clean. Brenda is very kind, she gave us several recommendations for beaches and places to eat. Something that I think is important when we go out is the beds, because then they seem like boards and instead of resting and relaxing they are a martyrdom, not here, they are very comfortable and you can sleep without problems. In addition, the apartment is practical and beautiful. 💯 % recommended. Regards

It was a very pleasant stay, the apartment is well located near the center and the main beaches, the whole area is very safe ✨️ We loved the pool, it closes at 9:00 pm and we almost had it to ourselves, plus the apartment is right in front of it, which is very convenient. Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and the TV had Netflix. In addition, the guards at the entrance were very friendly and Ekaterina was always attentive to any questions. We will definitely return.

Nice place, as advertised, safely, close to mall. The attention was always cordial and immediate in case of questions or events. Always on the lookout for any situation

Just an observation, the mattresses in my opinion need renovation as we feel them too hard and since the bases are of material, it was not the optimal rest

It was our first visit to this beautiful tourist center, and the accommodation was more than perfect to enjoy our vacation. In addition, Brian made us feel right at home, always so kind, helpful and attentive to anything. We hope to return soon

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

I stayed at Jesse's lovely condo with a friend in April 2025. Jesse had requested our flight information prior to our arrival and was waiting for us at the condo when we arrived, giving us a nice, warm welcome, which included a 6-pack of cold cervezas - a nice touch! Throughout our visit Jesse was readily available by text to provide restaurant and activity recommendations and respond to any question or request. The condo was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was the perfect size for 2 adults. The pool was a nice bonus, as was the sweet and affectionate resident cat, Max, who was a frequent visitor. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Playa Santa Cruz and many wonderful restaurants, and is a short cab ride from Playa La Entrega. La Cucecita, and other locations of interest. Although there is construction going on in the vicinity of the condo, there was no excessive noise or issues related to this. I would happily return to Jesse's condo!

Helen’s place was comfortable, clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything you needed. The place is brand new and everything worked. A spacious bedroom with great AC and internet. Living room was small with counter top seating for two. Great pool and a 10 minute walk to a major grocery store.
