Very bright, windows in all its rooms, beautiful views, bedroom with large closets, full bathroom, living room with excellent sofa bed, large balcony facing the park and covered garage with electric gate. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.
