Die Fenster des Appartements gehen bis zum Boden, daher ist das gesamte Appartement lichtdurchflutet. On top haben Sie freie Bergsicht und sehen die Burg Mauterndorf. Der Balkon ist mit Sitzgelegenheit und einem kleinen Tischchen ausgestattet, um sich an der umliegenden Landschaft zu erfreuen. Das Stockbett im Kinderzimmer ist ein wahr gewordener Kindertraum.

Im EG ist der 4e Schlafzimmer mit gleich gegenüber Auch den Badezimmer mit Sauna und Dusche und ein getrenntem WC.
