The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the living room has a wide sofa bed, 2 spare mattresses in the storage room and a crib for the smallest. Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. There is a great restaurant in the same building and many good places to eat nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling alley, Metso library next door, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. Train and bus stations are a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by tram.

Welcome to the wonderful Viinikka in Tampere! The Viinikka area is an idyllic museum-protected wooden house area, right on the outskirts of the city center. The train station and Stockmann are 1.5 km away. In the courtyard, it is wonderful to drink morning coffee with a view of the apple orchard or to relax with a book. The house is a 100-year-old red log house that has recently been renovated to meet modern needs. However, the old spirit has been respected and preserved. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a place for you who love the atmosphere of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in the shell of an old house, I recommend choosing a hotel.

For a short or longer stay, a lovely wooden apartment renovated with love, with plenty of eye candy and a cozy atmosphere. A quiet apartment with free parking spaces, with good transport connections from all directions and a quick walk to the center. Onnibus stop a couple of hundred meters away and the arena is less than 2km away on foot. If climbing up to the balcony is scary, there is also a futon sofa that can be spread out under it, which can also be prepared on request.
