Loft holiday rentals in Tamil Nadu

We stayed in "The Loft". It was nice and spacious. Bathroom was spacious too. The place is right on the roadside and the marketplace is nearby. Transportation is no issue if you choose this property. Shami was very helpful in checking us in as well as guiding us around and arranging our transportation.

The place was absolutely amazing had a good vibe. The check in was easy and you get nice place near to the main road and the area is also nice.

Silvester's loft stay was more than what we could have imagined off at a prime location. Medical shop at building opposite, Supermarket, Rickshaw stand opp to the building, Enough parking space, walkable to Kadavanthra Metro station. Variety of food options near by and Silvester's terrace was amazing space to chill out.We loved it, Pavana Homes Service Apt will be our first preference for kochi. Thanks, Mrs. Rekha Binoy.

Ich habe fast zwei Monate hier verbracht und es war eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Farm und der Blick auf den See waren sehr friedlich. Basu und der Farm Manager Giruswamy waren beide äußerst hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es immer wieder mal Probleme mit dem Wifi. Als ich Basu davon berichtet habe, hat er direkt am nächsten Tag die Installation einer neuen Verbindung beauftragt - ab dann funktionierte das Internet problemlos. Donny & Doug, die beiden Amerikaner, die mit ihren Hunden auf dem Gelände leben, waren ebenfalls unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben meine Zeit dort sehr bereichert. Ich habe von allen Menschen dort große Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit erfahren, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Ich werde diese Zeit nie vergessen und hoffe, irgendwann zurückzukommen! Biju is a friendly host. He was flexible with some last minute rescheduling I did. The place is spacious and peaceful. His place is at a walkable distance from many cafes, restaurants etc.

This is my first booking with Airbnb & Sumanth gave me that confidence about trustworthy services throught his proactive, supportive, accommodative, respectful behaviour. I had few changes in my Itinerary and he was very humble to accept it and also explain the limitations. I am seriously wow'ed by his hospitality. With just closed eyes go with Sumanth's accomodation. Locality: 4.5/5 Property: 4/5 (located @2nd floor) Room Cleanliness: 5/5 Washrooms: 5/5 Linen's: 4.5/5 Space: 5/5 Utilities: 5/5 (washing machine, water purifier, fridge, cutleries, induction stove, ele kettle, TV with unlimited internet - anything missed pl chk his listings, listed are available there for sure). Parking: 4/5 (Street parking 🅿️ but opp or in front of the property or adjoining Sumanth's property there is a place so don't worry about parking of 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler you won't find difficulty). I parked one night opp side, one night in front & 3rd day on the side (btw I stayed 2 nights).

nice place but not an Airbnb, it is an work station like place, having its own rules and regulations like no guest after 9 pm

I really like Sid's place. It's very quiet. It's strategically located close to airport (only 30-minute ride away). It is a spacious apartment that can easily accommodate 2-3 people. It has everything you need to cook (kitchen is well-furnished) and work (a huge wooden desk). The Wi-Fi is super-fast. The bed comfortable. You can find decent veg and non-vegetarian restaurants within walking distance. Groceries and basic goods are available in shops nearby. The apartment opens into a terrasse on top floor: so it's always breezy even on hot days. Overall, this place gives you great value for your money !

stayed here for night as it's my last minute trip, it's located behind the Gra d square mall. it's a service apartment kindly of stay, have common living space, Common Fridge. Room is very comfort with AC and attached bathroom. recomend to any travellers to experience here, they also have dress store next to the building where I purchased some dress for me. also they have batmitton court, banquets which is chargeable, good and friendly host.

Host manager was so friendly and property was so peaceful
