A 50-year-old vacant house has been renovated by the owner, who is a registered professional builder. This is ‘JindaijiStudio SAZU222’ (Room 202), a modern hideaway nestled in the natural surroundings of Shindaiji Temple. We have transformed this old building into a space that evokes a sense of charm and excitement the moment you step inside. The convenience of city life, with the peaceful atmosphere of mornings and evenings. Enjoy an exceptional stay where you can experience both. [Shindaiji: A City of History and Greenery] Shindaiji Temple, a 1,300-year-old temple with the second-longest history in Tokyo. Right outside the gate, you’ll find lush greenery, our famous soba noodles, and the vast Shindai Botanical Garden, all within walking distance. [Easy access] To get to the city centre, take the express train from Chofu Station; the shortest journey to Shinjuku is 18 minutes. There are five Luup (shared-bike) docking stations on the property, making it very easy to get to the station and Ajinomoto Stadium. There are also convenience stores (4-minute walk) and restaurants dotted around the area, so you won’t want for anything even if you’re staying for a long time.
