Monthly Rentals in Talo'fo'fo

I had come into Guam and the original place I booked was horrible. Garbage outside, the place was a shipping container turned bungalow. It did not feel safe. I immediately had to find another place and booked Dina’s place. It was TRUE as described. Clean and she was immediately responsive. I will recommend her place to family returning back to Guam for a visit. I was extremely satisfied, felt safe and comfortable in her Airbnb and will look to staying there in my next visit back home to Guam. Thank you - Dina!!!!

Listing is perfectly located for easy access to local attractions. Can't beat the reserved parking, laundry facilities, filtered cold water dispenser and towels in abundance for those on the go travelors. Cory and Jojo were also super responsive to our questions and requests! Air conditioning was also perfect for the Guam heat as well as the nearby pool for those who prefer to stay in. Highly recommend!

The house was customized shipping container as others mentioning. By its airtightness, room can be isolated from high moisture outside. The location is quiet except airport engine sound, but Guam airport isn’t clouded one so it totally doesn’t matter for me. Wi-Fi was good enough speed. I brought Starlink for just in case, but I never needed that. Host Ani was very nice and responsive person. I will definitely try to stay her place again when I visit Guam.
