The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a mezzanine, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It was renovated in 2024, it is located in the center of the village of Coltines. Ideally located you will find nearby the airfield, Lioran ski resort, Prat de Bouc, Garabit Viaduct, the towns of Murat and Saint Flour, many rivers and the GTMC road. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided.

This house for 4 people and a baby is close to the highway but quiet and close to nature. From the parking lot, you have direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. The interior layout is very spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. The beds are made upon arrival, and bath sheets are at your disposal. We recently added a misting fan to make your stay comfortable in case of high heat!

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
