Отличный хозяин и жилье, очень хороший вариант для тех, кому нужна тихая квартира на расстоянии автобусной поездки от центра. Рядом парки, ботанический сад, река Большая Алматинка, огромный торговый центр Мега в 8 минутах пешком. Квартира очень чистая и даже более просторная, чем кажется на фотографиях. Олеся подготавливает все для своих гостей, так что в квартире было чисто и я смог найти все необходимые вещи для жизни, особенно отличный набор посуды для готовки. Рекомендую!

We had great time in Almaty. The place where we stayed was clean and cozy. Especially view was amazing. The permanent snow that is seen by the apartment was incredibly nice. I will never forget it. The host is very kind and nice.

Overall, I loved the place. The flat is pretty spacious and well maintained. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and amenities for me to be able to prepare my meals and breakfasts. there are two grocery stores where you can buy almost all the day to day stuff and one fruit shop as well, all downstairs. There is a medical shop right across the street and one megamart hypermarket in walkable distance. There is a very peaceful riverside walk around 400m away and overall very quiet neighbourhood. Host was really helpful and responsive and patiently gave a lot of suggestions in general related to almaty, places to visit, food shops etc. the utility are of the flat offers good views of the mountains covered with snow There is no bidet in the bathroom which is common in Almaty. Overall I would definitely recommend the stay as taxi is one app away and same distances to all common tourist places as well.

Our trip to Almaty was made easy by staying in this cozy home away from home. The property is located in a nice, clean part of the city and we could easily walk to most of the city's attractions. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. We enjoyed staying in this property and the Host Zarina made it easy to find, check in and check out while being communicative and responsive to my messages.

Очень рада, что остановилась в этой гостинице! В городе дышать было невозможно, в здесь чистый воздух! Хозяева Марат и Дина окружили меня и моих коллег своей заботой, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Мне не посчастливилось приболеть, и Дина принесла мне лекарства. В номерах очень чисто, здание новое, есть все удобства. Завтраки качественные и вкусные, можно обговорить меню. Хощяева доброжелательные, отзывчивые, очень приятные в общении! Могут посоветовать местные достопримечательности. Очень рекомендую!

Healthy breakfast, clean and comfortable beds, warm hospitality and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you Murat for your time in sharing an enjoyable walk in your neighbourhood of fresh air and pristine rivers. The use of the washing machine, the walk with a local are much appreciated. Thank your Dinar for the delicious breakfasts every morning. We also like the restaurants across the river. The google map will show a longer route but there is a bridge you can take to cross the river to make it a much shorter route if you prefer to walk. Staying in Nurlytau is a good break from the city.
