Holiday houses in Talbot Island

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place was exactly as described and very clean. There were a lot of extras for the beach and a wagon to pull to them in. It exceeded our expectations. The three full bathrooms in each room is a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. Elizabeth was a great communicator and took great care to ensure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Melissa was a helpful host. Communication was excellent. She checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. As previously noted by other guests, the bathroom amenities were trial size as were the dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. We stayed a week and needed to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hand soap. We had only 1garbage bag left for us , fortunately we used the plastic bags from grocery shopping. The property itself is well kept and very comfortable. The view is outstanding and the location is in a quiet area of the island. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We had the best stay at Jody’s home! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 little ones. A quick walk to the beach and heated pool made for the perfect beach vacation! The home is beautiful.

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy
