The villa is located in Patong District, facing Patong Beach, 5 minutes walk to 7-11, restaurants; by motorcycle or dudu car, 5 minutes to Jungceylon Mall, 8 minutes to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street, the villa has a total of three floors, a total of about 750 square meters, the whole house is imported from Italy, four bedrooms (all beds are king size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus an entertainment room (two arcade machines + one table football), 12m * 3 swimming pool, electric entrance gate, sea view and garden view, stepped fountain view, electric rain canopy throughout the house, living room with 85-inch curved LCD TV, bedroom near the pool with 85-inch LCD TV; kitchen fully equipped with cooking equipment, open fire stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, double door refrigerator, everything you need.Private parking in the garden of the villa, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one bathroom with bathtub; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, separate balcony; another 20 sqm balcony with sea view. The villa offers disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shower gels, shampoos, free snacks on the day of check-in, small cakes, mineral water, coffee, tea; cleaning every two days (change of bed sheets is not included), bath towels are changed when cleaning.
