Kato Paphos Studio 1

The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

Spacious, peaceful apartment with private pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, the property is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Bright and modern apartment with amazing panoramic terrace, nice swimming pool with clean garden area, located in a high beautiful place, but very close to Paphos in one time (7 km). The distance to beaches is also very short: 3 km to Sandy beach and 5 km to Coral bay. Near by Agius Neophitos and Adonis bath. Supermarkets are located in few minutes to go.
