Monthly Rentals in Takua Thung District

Great place to stay for 1.5 months we stayed there. Pleasant view of the sunset and jungle (from the 6th floor), everything you need was provided (hairdryer, dishes, bed linen). You can live without bike, to the beach 15-20 min on foot, to the super cafe Naina 2 min on foot, seven-eleven 10 min on foot. For 6 weeks, the bill for com. services came out 2600 baht for two people, we turned on the air conditioning almost always while at home. The host responds promptly and quickly to messages and requests (there were minor breakages of the washing machine, stove, but everything was fixed within an hour). A great peaceful stay in a quiet village with a beautiful beach with almost no people, and nearby you can walk through the jungle and forest nearby. To go to the city/entertainment/ports you need to take a taxi or a bike. Thank you!

Our stay in the villa was just fantastic! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the photos – if not better. Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail. The private pool was a real highlight – super well-maintained, pleasantly tempered and perfect for relaxing. The only small downside was the location – a little remote. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place.
