Lynn's home was the exact privacy we were looking for. The pool, the views, the layout was exceptional. We didn't want to leave, everything we needed was right there. We just loved it. I can't speak highly enough of the communication, pre and during the booking. Kate was there at the home to show us around and then left us to it, which we appreciated. The home has more than you can ask for, it was a home away from home. A huge thanks to Lynn for sharing such a stunning home and pool. We will be back. Kind regards Marie

This place is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning ocean views! We arrived late on a stormy night and experienced rough weather for the first day and a half, and it was wonderful to be in such fabulous accommodations. We relaxed in the living room watching the giant waves crashing out the glass doors/wall, ran across the street for snacks & burgers, and were able to wander the beach when the rain paused. We stayed several other places on our trip (joined a group tour), and this was hands-down the BEST! So glad we were here for the stormy part, as we still got to enjoy our time, regardless of the weather. Our last morning, with clear weather, we enjoyed the most beautiful sunrise! You can view this from your bed, or wander out on the patio. Home is new & lovely with solid internet & great amenities; we did some light cooking & appreciated having the necessities on hand. They provide a binder with all kinds of useful info, recommendations & maps. Great, fast communication.

I felt I could message the host anytime before and while we were there and she responded quickly. Helpful. Great ammenities.

We had the most amazing time at Starboard which was pure paradise. From the moment we arrived, the stunning ocean views took our breath away, and the villa itself was better than the photos. The infinity pool was our daily retreat, we couldn't get enough of it. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the complimentary coffee, fruit, and fresh bread were great touches. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a highlight. While the beach in front of the villa is more for sunbaking than swimming, the pool more than made up for it. Muri Beach is also just a short drive away and perfect for swimming. Having the car included was amazing. It made exploring the island, going to dinners, and doing day tours really easy. Our host Anita went above and beyond to assist us during our stay (including meeting us at the airport on the final day to collect the car) - the epitome of a super host. Don’t hesitate - book now!

Great place to stay, great to have a pool on those scorcher days, little one absolutely loved it. Beware if you are a bit of a late sleeper or enjoy your sleep, chickens on the island dont really make that possible, otherwise was a great location for us, very clean and neat. My only issue was with a little one the wasps were a bit of a nuisance, they are all over the island but we seemed to get quite a few roaming into the house, after 3 they dissapeared so it was great to enjoy the outside space at that point. I would recommend this place to any family wanting to unwind and enjoy some Raro outdoors, undercover area was perfect for those rainy afternoons. Thanks again Demond and Tracy, you guys made this experience easy and seemless foe our first trip to Raro, thanks for the use of the car this was an absolute lifesaver for us. Truly great hosts.

We were looking for a beach front spot for my boys to snorkel the lagoon and to enjoy the sun and warmth of the island. This spot was incredible. We walked up and down the Muri beach and IMO this spot has THE BEST beach front set up. Every morning I would drink my tea at sunrise under the palm trees on the beach with warm breeze. I loved sitting in the loungers for hours either in the palm trees shade or in the sun on the beach. We snorkeled and paddle boarded a ton. Adam and Sarah took great care of us while we were there with taxis and suggested things to do. The house had plenty of space and the landscaping was beautiful. Even though there was no air conditioning, the breeze off the ocean and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The only downside, which would absolutely not keep me from coming back here again, was a strong musty odor whenever you opened the kitchen cabinets. I imagine with the humidity it’s hard to keep enclosed spaces free of mold. Still highly recommend.

We absolutely loved Diane's place. It was perfect for our group of six. It felt homely, restful and everything we needed. The view was amazing and so wonderful having the pool and beach right there. We didn't want to leave. A real treasure. We also appreciated the availability of kayaks, snorkel gear, aqua shoes and beach towels. A huge thanks to Diane and her team.

Lovely older villa in a picturesque location right on Muri lagoon. The onsite managers, Jo and Mike were lovely and Mike even helped us with a last minute tyre change on our rental van when we were on our way to the airport. With the recent dengue outbreak and a baby in our party we were mindful of mosquitoes. We appreciated the nets over the beds and access to coils etc as we did see quite a few mossies as there are quite a few gaps where they can access the house. The villa is lovely and roomy with multiple inside and outside areas to sit and relax. It is great having the pool on the non ocean side protected from the SE wind.

The house was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, pillows perfect and we all slept well. Location was brilliant, yes we had to cross a road to get to the beach but it was well worth it. Amazing beach location, not too windy. The pool was well used, may need a little maintenance (few missing tiles) but as a group of adults that didn’t bother us at all. Internet worked perfectly, water pressure was great! We didn’t use the lounge / Kitchen facilities really but if you want to cool and eat in everything is there. 10/10 from us! Family of 4: 2 adults and 2 x 17 year old boys.

Highly recommended!!! The home is beautiful with everything as listed. Private location waking up everyday to a beautiful view of the mountainside, with beach access just across the road. This place was perfect for our young family of four with 2 kids under five as there is a big yard with chickens where kids can run around. We enjoyed our stay here, Matanoanoa is a fantastic host who would check in on us making sure we had what we needed, from time to time. Would love to come back ❤️

Loved the quaintness and proximity to great snorkelling beach (swam with turtle there on our last day). Also close to good rental place for scooter. Host was responsive, helpful and available. Very chilled - wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for a week in this little piece of paradise. Right on the beach, with a quality deck overlooking the lagoon, this place was sensational. Had everything we needed, including snorkeling gear, and our hosts were friendly and responsive to messages. Would love to come back!

Tuaine was incredibly friendly and helpful. Home had everything needed for our family vacation and the location was amazing and as described. Happy to recommend this villa - beautiful setting with just a few steps from the deck to lagoon paradise! Wonderful holiday.

We had a great time at Sane and Joseph’s place. The highlight was the beachfront location with the ability to snorkel off the beach. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating, providing a cot and high chair for our baby. There were a few ants around and we weren’t able to leave the doors open due to mosquitos, but these were minor. Overall would highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Diane’s place. What a wonderful location. A spectacular place to stay on the island! The house was very clean, offered all necessities + more! Diane was super friendly and accomodating. The location is beautiful, situated back from the main road in a cute jungle like environment with the mountains in the background. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the beautiful Cook Islands.

Glenn & Bev were absolutely fantastic. Great communication & super accommodating from the start. Glenn allowed us to check in a little earlier which was immensely helpful as we had my parents with us who had arrived earlier than expected when we needed to check out after our first nights accommodation. This was an amazing place to stay with spectacular views from the undercover outdoor al fresco dining table which is large. We enjoyed many occasions just sitting, talking & eating together there with those lovely ocean views. The home is so spacious but not cluttered. The rooms are large & the beds are comfortable. There were some reviews mentioning bugs, but we only had the odd millipede. It is in the bush so not reasonable to expect otherwise. We didn’t find it a problem at all. Bev - the caretaker (who is so lovely) was always around when we needed her, but never invaded our privacy & was always quick to help when we needed it. We were grateful to her for that. We felt at home.

Everything we needed. Lovely and quiet. Well appointed with all kitchen needs and easy indoor outdoor living. Large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. Wigmores shop a short walk away. Great hand pulled pizzas down the road. Took a walk to the waterfall from the house, just over 30mins away.

Beautiful home that accommodated so well, location is very close to Muri township which was amazing, would definitely stay again! Thank you Linda for opening your home to my friends and I, Turou Retreat made our holiday all the much better 😊

This airbnb has everything you need. It has the most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever seen in an airbnb. Filtered water onsite was super handy. We were able to settle in very quickly. It is a 2 minute walk to the Kano store and Patai supermarket and petrol station. A 5 minute walk to the beach for a swim. I highly recommend for a family or a larger group.

Had an amazing week long stay for my business trip to Raro. From start to finish hosts were so helpful. I will definitely be back for another stay. The house provided me with everything I needed and gave me a nice quiet place to come home to every day to unwind and relax. A short drive to many local eateries and convenience shops. The beautiful back drop of the mountain in the back provides a lovely view for the warm nights outside. Thank you for a perfect stay! Meitaki 🫶🏼

A perfect spot for our multigenerational stay. The house itself was spotless with everything we needed. It was great to be situated away from the more heavily touristed areas and being right on the beach with epic sunset views from the covered balcony was perfect. Whilst the beach right out front wasn’t swimmable, about 3 seconds up the beach was a perfect spot to splash around with our little one in the cleared area plus we spend most of our days exploring the island. I’d recommend Blair’s place to anyone visiting Rarotonga.

Fantastic stay, really loved the property and the serene nature. Lovely quiet setting with palm trees and only a short walk to the beach. Susie and her husband were amazing hosts with lots of local suggestions and even picked up from the airport. :) would highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay. We will be back
