The 3.7 acre property backs onto endless green space and trails. The suite contains a 400 sqft upper deck that has beautiful mountain views and can be great for northern lights viewing. The deck has patio furniture and a propane fireplace. Next to the rental suite is a log home that the property owners live in.

This is a dry cabin (no running water) with electricity, propane furnace and outhouse. Drinking water is provided. There is good cell service but no wifi. The 7 acre property is shared with 2 other cabins, horses and a large friendly dog.

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime.
