Rise’s House is more than a place to stay — it’s a gateway to over 15 cultural experiences in Nishio, “Little Kyoto.” I'm Nishio’s first Tourism Ambassador, and I personally drive, interpret, and guide every experience. You can grind matcha in the tea room, visit miso and sake breweries, an eel farm, tea fields or a matcha factory, and make shrimp crackers or mini tatami mats with local owners and artisans.
