The house is located in Nagoya Port Area, 8 minutes walk from Inae Station on the Aonami Line, 16 minutes by tram to Nagoya Station without transfer, with two parking spaces, suitable for self-driving family trips. Nearby are Nagoya Lego Land (10 minutes by car, 2 stops by bus ¥240), Nagoya Aquarium (8 minutes by car, 5 stops by bus ¥210), Railway Museum (10 minutes by car, 2 stops by bus ¥240), and other family-friendly parks. This newly renovated house is located in between Chubu airport and the Nagoya area. The closest station is Obu station and it only takes seven minutes to get there on foot. You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport.

It is a detached house available entirely for private use, which offers living spaces of the early Showa period with a Japanese room, garden, and veranda porches.
