Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed in. The entire place was beautiful. Shinji was great as well, he spoke really good English and was very knowledgeable in the herbs. We drove here and didn’t have any issues finding the location using google maps.

Las personas de Kuwataniya son muy amables y amistosas, tienen el lugar limpio y en buen estado. El baño público es muy acogedor y confortable. Hacen limpieza y te preveen de te y un termo con agua caliente. Me sentí como en casa. También dejan guardar tus maletas antes del check in y después del check out. Muchas gracias

昌子さん and staff were amazing! they took good care of my vegan diet and we were able to communicate via Line at all times. The place is beautiful, the onsen peaceful, and the surroundings are just something else. I totally recommend and would come again if I ever want to ski or trekking in Japan

Nice place, good layout. Has space to place three luggages. Check in is about 20m from the Air BnB. But not hard to find. Would be even more perfect if there was a washing machine in the house. That being said great location, has a coffee place opposite. And more importantly a nice sheltered carpark. Helps with clearing less snow from the car.

Great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Close walk to the station and restaurants nearby. The bath and breakfast everyday was a very nice addition. Would stay again!

La habitación es hermosa! todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Por las fotos no logré darme cuenta de cómo sería la habitación hasta que llegué, pero no me decepcionó. El lugar muy familiar, y cerca de las principales calles de Takayama. Nos esperaron para hacer el check in y el check out también fue fácil. Gracias por todo.

Von Nagoya aus kommend nicht einfach mit dem Bus anzureisen. Tip bis Shirakawago mit dem Bus und von dort aus zur Unterkunft. Satoe hat uns von Anfang bis Ende geholfen mit Anreise und Abreise. Sie war immer da und versorgte uns mit Tips für diese Region. Es hat so unsagbar viel Spaß gemacht, in dieser Unterkunft zu wohnen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es lohnt sich hier zu entspannen. Satoe ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar köstlich bewirtet. Alles war vorbereitet und sie war einfach immer da für uns. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Japan zu Gast sind, wir kommen wieder vorbei und bleiben. Ganz sicher. Wir durften das traditionelle Japan kennenlernen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Logement magnifique ! J’ai adoré, rien à dire. Tout est confortable et propre, les hôtes sont adorables et réactifs, la vue de la chambre est magnifique. Une vraie parenthèse dans mon voyage. Ayez bien conscience qu’il faut se déplacer en bus et donc anticiper … les routes ne sont vraiment pas adaptées aux piétons voire même je dirais dangereuses, je me suis faite avoir :)
