Holiday rentals with a patio in Takapuna

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

Worth every dollar spent, Chris’ place is a gem, we couldn’t get enough of the view, was a nice place to unwind in. Chris is so detailed you won’t need to ask any further questions!

We had a great stay at Paul's, it had everything we needed for a few days before heading home. Great location too, close to Akoranga Bus station and Takapuna beach.

Great location on beautiful Waiheke Island. Lots of steps (as expected) so you need to have a reasonable fitness level.

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's unit. The unit is modern, secure, well located close to the beach and Auckland city and has everything we need. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Auckland!

Solo traveller Stayed 5N where location, small size (easy to heat), gorgeous view and light were big sellers. Auckland ain’t cheap-this is a cosy apartment that may be too small for some. I had a lovely stay and have only good things to say.

We had a plush, comfortable stay in this unique, beautiful space. Very comfortable beds and an incredible hot tub/spa pool in a beautiful area. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants, though be prepared for walking uphill back to the rental and scaling the steep drive. Host had excellent info that she sent us before I could ask (and I’m quite proactive)! The garden spaces around the house are well-done, making this stay incredibly pleasant no matter where you were or where you were looking. Accessibility: besides the drive, there’s a handful of steps to navigate between parking and the rental, and just a few inside. The cement floor in the living space can be slippery in your socks. I was recovering from a mild knee injury while I stayed, and wore grippy slippers while inside, took my time on the steps, and was fine.

A clean, well-equipped unit, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, twin bathrooms and fast wi-fi. Paul was very responsive and accommodating.

I stayed here with my parents, young kids, and small dog and had an amazing, relaxing holiday. The location is truly unmatched on a super quiet street right on the beach, with a well kept spa pool always waiting for us after we’d taken a dip in the ocean. Our little one loved going out in the canoe on the shallow water, and there was plenty of space for all of us in terms of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and we appreciated the inclusion of a stand steamer for use before a big event. The place was also very pet friendly with full fencing and a self closing gate. We had a lovely stay with Amy and would definitely stay here again.

The house is everything you would wish for in a holiday -let. Tranquil surroundings, great view across the water from the living room, comprehensively equipped kitchen , and all the accessories you would expect in a comfortable home. You do run into what seems to be Auckland’s little publicised gridlock on the motorways ( at least where I come from) if you want to drive into the city centre or back , during the morning or evening rush hours respectively, but you should be able to work around that on a holiday. I would recommend the property without reservation.

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

This was a last minute trip, but we could not have been a better place - the house, location, and everything was lovely 😊😊 we miss it already! A massive bonus is the kids play room - our baby loved it!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.
