This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 45-year-old wooden house located in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. We are renovating it to make it comfortable for modern people to use, while maintaining the good points of an old house. It features a space where old and new materials coexist and you can feel the natural environment, including the garden. Even large groups can use it comfortably. We hope you can relax and use it as a base for sightseeing in Hokuriku and climbing the Northern Alps. There is a monitor, so it is also recommended for workations. We also have a range of appliances, cooking utensils, and seasonings. The Maruna House is operated by the Maruna Group, which operates two restaurants. The entire house is for rent. Not only the building, but almost all the furniture and appliances are brand new. Free parking for 8 cars. It is a private building, so you can enter and exit without seeing anyone. There is a washing machine. Longer stays are also possible. There is no trouble eating because the restaurant and accommodation are next to each other. How about soup curry for lunch and Genghis Khan for dinner? The bath is equipped with a device called enzyme bubble bath, which has a skin-beautifying effect. In addition, it is equipped with ceiling bath audio, so you can take a bath while listening to pleasant music that envelops your body. The beds are four Simmons semi-double beds. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Pajamas, a full set of amenities, towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc., everything you need for your stay is provided. The Hokuriku unique Uchigura and Goemon bath, lacquered pillars, etc. remain, It is a typical old townhouse in Takaoka with a floor plan like an eel's bed. At night, you will sleep on a futon in the tatami mat room. The courtyard, storage room, and long hallway are the same as before, while the kitchen (simple cooking is possible), toilet, bathroom, and washroom have been renovated and are very clean spaces. We share a wall with the neighbors, so we can hear each other's sounds and movements. Therefore, parties and banquets at night are not allowed.
