15 min Ghibli, Family Stay, Japanese Home, Free P

Ghibli Park is about 15 minutes away by car."Stay as if you were living there" with your loved ones in a townhouse that has been woven through 100 years of history. Pleasant Stay Seto ~ Tokuou ~ is an inn where you can feel history and warmth, with a harmonious blend of a townhouse from about 100 years ago and a residence that has been passed down since then. The name of the accommodation, "Tokitsumugi", expresses the wish to connect the time and feelings that have been woven in this house to the future.Inside the building, there is a display of the work of my grandfather, who was a prototype maker at Seto Novelty, and the sewing machine of my grandmother, who supported him.We hope you will experience the unique culture of Seto, along with the history of its traditional way of life and craftsmanship that has been passed down through the generations. While preserving the Japanese aesthetic, it also offers the convenience of modern living, such as sleeping in a bed and enjoying meals in the dining room.In addition, each of the three bedrooms is separate, so three generations of a family, relatives, or friends can enjoy a comfortable stay while respecting each other's private time. It is also about 40 minutes by train from the nearest station to central Nagoya. As a base for sightseeing in Seto and Nagoya, including Ghibli Park, I hope that your time at this accommodation will be a moment to create new memories with your family and loved ones.

Ryokan-style, maximum 10 people, parking for 3 cars, private Showa Inn convenient for training camps, sauna tours, Kumagaya, Inuyama and Ghibli Park

Tajimi Shukukitaya is a retro Showa-style private inn recommended for those who want to enjoy both Higashinose sightseeing and sauna hopping. It is a convenient base for sightseeing to Tsumakago, Inuyama, Ghibli Park, the monastery, Kokeizan Eibo-ji Temple, Toki Outlet, and more. It is also in a location where you can easily visit popular hot spring facilities such as Amamitsu-no-Yu, Ryusen-ji Temple, Yorimichi Onsen, and Yunohana Island. In a traditional house with tatami mats, you can enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends, or even with a large group, such as three generations on a trip. The surroundings are very quiet, and after enjoying the sauna and sightseeing, you can spend some time relaxing in a space that feels nostalgic. Whether it's a sauna trip with multiple people or a group holiday, the appeal lies in gathering together in the same space, enjoying meals and conversation, and creating memories. It's different from a hotel, and you can experience a homely stay. Please note that due to the natural surroundings, there may be cold spells and snowfall in winter, requiring studded tyres.Insects may appear in summer. Also, the last 200m to the accommodation is a narrow road, and cars cannot pass each other. There are some inconveniences, but this is an accommodation where you can enjoy the quiet and a traditional stay, including those inconveniences.
