Suhrob’s apartment is located in a modern residential tower next to the Rumi Hotel, offering a central yet quiet setting in Dushanbe. A well-stocked supermarket is just a two-minute walk away, and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The very heart of the city, including the National Theatre, is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and furnished in a European style. All appliances are Bosch, adding a touch of luxury, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality cookware, dishes, and cutlery. One particularly convenient feature is the separate laundry room, which allowed me to do laundry at night without any noise disturbance. Above all, I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and mattress, which provided an excellent night’s sleep. Overall, the apartment is a true gem—unique in Dushanbe—and Suhrob is a kind and accommodating host.

A great appartment in the middle of Khujand. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby and most important all the highlights can be seen by foot. The stay itself was clean, comfortabel and in a quiet area. Lots of greenery in the street and a supermarket around the corner.

Definitely recommended place to stay in Dushanbe. The place is clean, comfortable, has a big space and nearby a beautiful park & restaurants. Nadezda and Nuriya are helpful and kind, responding my questions. People at the apartment are also helpful and warm welcoming me. Thank you Nadezda and Nuriya, wish I could stay there again someday. :)

Terrific! Wonderful little apartment, super location in Dushanbe (it's a small city but this corner of it is really close to the museums, parks, decent shops, and good restaurants... the neighbourhood feels pretty upmarket overall). There is a sizeable supermarket on the next street along with quality fresh produce. Excellent WiFi and the space is kitted out really well for a short stay. Extremely clean and also very quiet. Lastly, the host and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. For the price this is fantastic quality, I would definitely recommend.
