Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room (equipped with a sofa bed) and a bright equipped kitchen surrounded by two terraces, one of which faces south! A beautiful mezzanine bedroom. Situé à 500m de la route D649 et à l'entrée du parc régional de l'Avesnois, le logement propose toutes les commodités pour y passer un agréable moment. Vous serez en 5 minutes à Maubeuge, 20 mins à Mons et Valenciennes, 45 mins de Lille et 1h de Bruxelles. Une place de parking est disponible devant le logement ainsi que la possibilité de stocker des vélos dans notre garage.
