MAX person allowed at this home is 7 people. No outside gathering past 8 pm

We have 3 queen beds suitable for 6 guests with the option for 2 additional guests to sleep on twin inflatable beds. Looking for a cabin with character? Welcome to Pine Cone! Ours is an awesome A-frame with a wood-burning fireplace, and original retro décor – cozy and funky, with all the modern comforts of home. Close to HOA beach, Firesign, and Sunnyside resort. FYI, Placer County allows us to host 8 adults (13 years and older) plus 8 children 12 years old and younger. We cannot accept a reservation for more than 8 adults.
