Recommended for large families, spacious and functional spaces. Close to downtown walking. Elsa was attentive and very kind.

Perfect for a weekend, everything you need for it. Full kitchen and several extras in general in the house.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, the room is clean, it was possible to take a heater. There is a shared kitchen downstairs where you can heat up food and make tea.

This Apartment had everything you needed for a great stay, the full kitchen was fantastic! The river views were great and lovely at night too. The bed was very comfortable . I will try and stay here again in the future , if I ever come back to Coimbra.

Lina was very responsive and helpful. The views from the apartment were stunning. We loved our stay.

Hi, I want to thank you for the amazing experience we had at your home. The house is simply fantastic, with a fabulous location that allowed us to enjoy the most of the stay. We were received in the best possible way, and everything was impeccable. The house is still better than it looks in the photos and description. Large and comfortable, with all that may be needed. Outside space is great, we were 10 people and there were spaces for everyone, the deck has wonderful views where we spend the afternoons and space for the kids to play and play in the ball. The beds were comfortable and as they were on the upper floor allow a separation of noise on the lower floor. Carlos has always been available, was a great host, with quick responses and always available. it is a place to return in a group.

A dream place! Beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Truly hard to leave...we’ll definitely be back :)!

The clean and cozy house with warmth in every room, which makes it a pleasant environment. Calm place, ideal for a family vacation. Super responsive and attentive host who let us check out later so we could have a peaceful Easter lunch. We were lucky to wake up, open the window and watch the snow fall! All wonderful! We recommend it!

A repeat experience! I was previously contacted if we learned the time of entry to the house and when we arrived home there was a super cozy temperature in every division. Linda made a point of leaving a basket of products from the area that were wonderful. The super-equipped kitchen, like everything needed for a stay and family and friends. The whole dwelling was well taken care of, clean and with various details that made us feel at home.

Wonderful, restored (now modern with nice furnishings) mill house. Very charming with lovely outdoor sitting areas and garden. Nice living room overlooking the river. Good location for visiting Coimbra and the schist villages and for doing nice hikes in the hills. Nice to have four mountain bikes to explore on. David was very responsive and provided good local recommendations.

Very clean accommodation, peaceful environment. Lianne and her husband are friendly and welcomed us. The kids loved the pool.

Beautiful studio in a great location of Coimbra. Had an issue with the lock on the door and the elevators in the building but were able to figure it out. Eduardo provided good instructions for how to get into the building. It's a great choice for a stay in Coimbra and looks just like the pictures.

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

The apartment was lovely with plenty of space and stylishly decorated. The train was an easy ride to Aveiro and Porto. We had a wonderful break, not as hot as southern Portugal so we were able to get out on the bikes over several days in the morning and laze by the pool in the afternoons.

“Elsa is a caring, kind and sweet person!” With this initial expression, we summed up our sentiment about our esteemed Host! As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra. The set of opportunities to live together and get to know, will make us return to Coimbra and, of course, again we will be staying with our dear Host Elsa. We present our thanks to the Host! We enjoyed our stay at Marcio's in Coimbra. Very comfortable with great view over Coimbra. Would definitely stay there again.
